今年のバレンタインデイも毎日少しずつお菓子を作って
職場の皆様やお友達にチョコをおすそわけしました。

・ブルーベリーとイチゴのジャムのビターチョコ

始めてホワイトチョコでガナッシュを作ったのですが
とても美味しくて扱いやすいので色々作ってみたいなと思っています。
